The former WWE headquarters, better known to wrestling fans as Titan Towers, has been put on sale by the company.
WWE started its operations at the East Main Street building in 1985 and the location has been used several times on WWE television in the past, including the filming of several vignettes, a Super Bowl commercial, matches, and even a full episode of Raw on the roof.
Titan Towers is set on 1.19 acres of land and contains 90,675 square feet of office space, with 11-foot ceilings and also a car park with 300 spaces. Real estate company Newmark notes that Titan Towers is located in a flexible zone in Stamford and permits for the property include residential, R&D, educational, health, etc.
No price was listed as it was subject to offers.
Last year, WWE moved to its new headquarters on Washington Boulevard, where they pretty much consolidated all their other offices into one huge headquarters. The new building has 712,000 square feet of office space and it was leased for 16 and a half years, with the option to renew every five years.
