WWE yesterday announced that the WWE Network in Canada is now also available on the web apart from the traditional television channel. To view the Network online you will still require a subscription through either Rogers or Eastlink.
All the live pay-per-views and live programming including the on-demand content is available to stream on the computer for customers already subscribed to the Network through their provider. To get started go to http://network.wwe.com/activate.
Sadly, the Network is not available yet on the WWE app or on Internet-connected television devices for Canadian customers.
