Vince McMahon sold 5.35 million TKO shares yesterday according to a document filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
The sale was done through the New York brokerage office of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC and McMahon received $411,950,000 for the transaction.
This latest sale leaves McMahon with around 8% of TKO overall stock after he sold this 25% share of his portfolio. The amount sold yesterday represented just over 6% of the overall TKO stock.
The former TKO Executive Chairman also sold 8.4 million shares in November of last year and walked out with nearly $700 million.
