Rhea Ripley will be out for an undetermined amount of time as she is suffering from a broken orbital bone.
The attack on NXT by Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez was to explain Ripley’s absence from television for the weeks to come and for storyline reasons, WWE is attributing the injury due to the attack.
The injury is believed to have happened last week when Ripley was involved in a brawl with Morgan and Rodriguez on Raw.
It’s the second time that Ripley is injured after brawling with Morgan, with the Australian star requiring to surrender her WWE Women’s World title earlier this year after a backstage brawl segment with Morgan. That kept her out of action for three months.
