The big surprise Triple H alluded to on Twitter regarding the NXT tapings yesterday ended up being the arrival of Austin Aries.
The former TNA champion came out during the fourth set of tapings which will air on March 2 and was immediately set up in an angle that will probably culminate at the NXT Takeover: Dallas live WWE Network show during WrestleMania weekend.
Aries was introduced by NXT General Manager William Regal and received a massive pop when he came out and his name was splashed on the screen. You can see the video of his entrance below.
