TMZ is reporting that Vince McMahon was involved in a car accident on Thursday morning, ramming his Bentley into the back of a BMW. A third card, a Ford Fusion, was also damaged in the same accident after debris from both cars landed on the other lane.
The cars had to be towed but none of the drivers suffered any injuries thanks to the seatbelt they were wearing.
The driver of the BMW was a 72-year-old woman, who on Facebook wrote that she was lucky to survive the horrific car crash. She said that McMahon hit her going “80-90mph” and was catapulted over 100 yards off the road.
She also added that a state trooper followed him as McMahon “sped in and out of cars down the highway.”
McMahon, who was the one who caused the accident, was issued misdemeanor summons for reckless and following too closely resulting in an accident by police. He got out on a $500 non-surety bond and has a court date on August 26.
The collision took place just a couple of hours before Hulk Hogan’s death was publicly announced.
