Florida-based Gossip Extra is reporting that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is moving to Southwest Ranches, Florida, in Broward County, building a new crib worth $4.5 million.
The home will have a total of 13,700 square feet with five bedrooms and a six car garage. It will be finished in May of this year and is built by Landmark Customer Homes on 2.5 acres of land.
According to public records, this land was sold for $475,000 on February 22, 2012, after the previous owner bought it for $700,000 back in 2004.
Latest satellite images still show an empty lot surrounded by big properties with pools, tennis courts and basketball courts in the gated community of Landmark Ranches.
