It seems that wrestling fans are “all in” in every sense of the word as the All In independent wrestling show financed by Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks have sold out in just less than 30 minutes.
It took exactly 29 minutes and 36 seconds for all seats inside the Sears Center to be sold out with many voicing their complaints that they couldn’t get tickets when they went on sale due to the high demand on the website. It is a gamble that paid off for Rhodes and the Bucks who now have the record of the highest attendance and the biggest gate money for a indie wrestling show in the United States and the best non-WWE figure ever since the closure of WCW.
Hosting the show in a wrestling-friendly city like Chicago helped as well but make no mistake about it, this was a massive success for everyone involved regardless of the location. The show takes place on September 1 and the only match announced so far is Cody Rhodes wrestling for the NWA title, currently being held by Nick Aldis.
