Dynamite rating for 01/06/2021

Dynamite won the first head-to-head of 2021 but barely beat NXT as both shows suffered a big hit due to the ongoing coverage of the Capitol riots on Wednesday. New Year’s Smash night one on TNT drew 662,000 viewers, down 315,000 from last week’s broadcast. It had a 0.25 rating in the 18-49 demographic and placed #48 on the top 50 chart.
