Cash Wheeler appeared at his arraignment earlier today at the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court in central Florida in front of Judge Mark S Blechman along with his attorney Brice Aiken as he was charged with one count of aggravated assault with a firearm.
Wheeler, sporting a shiner on his eye and a bruise on his forehead, allegedly flashed his handgun at his victim which the state said was “a road rage-type of incident.” His attorney stated that he does not know “who these people are” and he hasn’t seen the affidavit.
With no criminal past, his bond was set at $2,500 at the request of his attorney and the judge agreed with no objections from prosecution. The judge also said that Wheeler must turn over any weapons which the Orlando PD did not confiscate yet and he must do so within 12 hours of his release. Wheeler was also ordered to stay away from the victim(s).
