In what could be a sign of what’s going to happen for WrestleMania, the Los Angeles Rams announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the brand new SoFi Stadium will be will be at limited or no capacity in 2020 and season tickets will not be possible for this year.

Previously, the mayor of Los Angeles declared that sports with full stadiums are not on the list for around a year which might force WWE to move WrestleMania to a different location for the second year in a row.

The coronavirus pandemic has spread havoc around the world, leaving many sports either canceled or back with no fans. You can read more about canceled or postponed events.

This year’s Mania was supposed to be held at the Raymond James Stadium, the home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but eventually the show was moved to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando.

“In hopes of having fans at the opener, the Rams ask that fans please join them in wearing a mask to help stop the spread of COVID-19,” a statement from the Rams read. The first NFL game at the SoFi Stadium is scheduled for Sunday, September 13 with the Rams taking on the Cowboys.

The SoFi Stadium had its own fair share of delays with some workers testing positive for COVID-19 but a few weeks ago it was reported that the massive stadium is at 97% completion.
