The WWE United Kingdom championship will be on the line at NXT Takeover: Chicago as current champion Tyler Bate will defend the gold against Pete Dunne.
Dunne, who is the PROGRESS Wrestling champion, defeated Trent Seven during Sunday’s WWE UK Championship Live tapings in Norwich to advance to Takeover while Tyler Bate successfully defended the title against former TNA star Mark Andrews to secure his spot in Chicago.
The two had one of the best matches during the WWE UK Championship Tournament back in January and will surely raise the bar even more come May 20.
